(ECNS) ?? As college graduates in China are trying to survive the toughest job-hunting season this year, an increasing number of employees still have the intention to switch jobs, according to survey results released Thursday by www.11-22.cn, the first online platform on workplace integrity.
According to the survey, only 20 percent of the job-hoppers get a pay raise after switching jobs, while 33 percent say their salaries remain the same, and 23 percent admit getting less pay after changing jobs.
Those with two to five years of work experience have gone through sharp fluctuations in salary, with many losing as much as 20 percent of their wages following a job switch.
