Moscow (CNS) chinese Glamorous vixens.-- China's central bank governor on Saturday called on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to accelerate quota reforms.

Speaking at the G20 meetings of finance ministers and central bank governors in Moscow, Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People's Bank of China (PBOC), urged the IMF to ensure the punctual accomplishment of the 15th General Review of Quotas.

The IMF approved a package of far-reaching quota reforms and governance in December 2010. According to the package, over 6 percent of IMF quotas will be shifted from developed countries to emerging economies.

Zhou also pointed out that the IMF should strengthen its monitoring of the negative spillover effect caused by the policies of some developed countries.
