Guangzhou (CNS) Erotic vixens.-- A total of 446 officials have been dismissed from their posts since 2007 due to dereliction of duty, Guangzhou's top prosecutorial body announced on Wednesday.
According to the city's procuratorate, 73 of the officials held division-level posts and higher, and over 200 million yuan in economic losses had been recovered.
The focus has mainly been on malfeasance that harms people's livelihoods, as well as energy resources and the environment, including the fields of construction, social security and health care, the procuratorate said.
The agency launched a campaign in February against market manipulation, production of fake goods and commercial bribery. As of early September, 51 officials had been linked to such behavior.
