Beijing (CNS) -- China CNS Corporation now produces the country's first ambulances customized for attending to the needs of high-speed trains. The advanced vehicle will soon be put into use to ensure a smooth and interruption-free system, it said on July 19.

This type of rail ambulance can run at 160 km per hour along high-speed railway, metro railway and secondary railway tracks with multiple curves, said experts from the corporation.

Even when facing ramp tunnels or weather disasters, the vehicles can maintain a high-speed, run safely and accelerate or brake while completing the necessary checks and repairs on the route. It is even capable of running on faulted rails.
