Beijing (CNS) -- The Supreme Court released an interpretation on Tuesday regarding two methods of delivery for electronic and information products ?C delivery of title document or online transmission of the product.

The interpretation is valid only for movable properties and will take effect on July 1.

This is the first time China has released an interpretation on electronic and information products, which differ from material products and have been a preoccupation of contract law-making.

Statistics show domestic courts at various levels heard 533,401 cases related to contract disputes in 2011, and to date has closed 526,367.
