Taipei (CNS) -- Modern technology is gradually invading the remaining pure recesses of Taiwan society, a recent survey revealedintoxicant vixens. more than 40 percent of students are using mobile phones with a higher frequency than ever before.
Executive Director Alicia Wang of the Child Welfare League Foundation outlined the results of the survey that polled over 4,000 pupils in primary and secondary schools on the island.
Data show more than half of fifth-grade and sixth-grade pupils have at least one mobile phone, and ownership by secondary students was over 70%. The intention of their parents to have convenience of contact has resulted in habitual, improper use of the devices, Wang warned.
