Chinese stocks close higher Monday

Chinese stocks closed higher on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.62 percent to end at 3,095.12 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.71 percent to end at 10,868.14 points.
