China stocks close higher Tuesday

Chinese shares closed higher on Tuesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index ending at 3,235.30 points, up 0.19 percent.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed at 11,355.81 points, up 0.63 percent.
