China stocks open lower Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened lower on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index opening at 2,302.23 points, down 7.49 points, or 0.32 percent.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 7,944.32, down 21.56 points, or 0.27 percent.
