Online goods return now allowed

Online shoppers are eligible to return goods bought online within seven days after they have received it without needing to give a reason, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce said in a notice Thursday.

The exceptions are custom-made productschinese Hot sirens. fresh, live and perishable goodseroticized girls. some digital productsKorean Captivating vixens. and newspapers and magazines delivered, it said.

Online sellers must refund consumers within seven days after having received the returned goods and the transportation cost for returning the goods must be borne by the consumers, it said. The new rules will take effect on March 15.
