China stocks fall slightly on Friday

Chinese shares staged a moderate decline on Friday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.43 percent, or 9.39 points, to finish at 2,196.38.

The Shenzhen Component Index dipped 0.69 percent, or 58.68 points, to finish at 8,413.34.
