China's stocks open higher Wednesday

Chinese stocks opened higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index opening 0.15 percent higher at 2,109.23 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index edged up 0.15 percent to open at 8,375.03 points.
