Chinese stocks ended slightly higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gaining 0.01 percent, or 0.11 point, to finish at 2,098.81.
The Shenzhen Component Index closed at 8,645.54, up 23.58 points, or 0.27 percent.
