China stocks close higher Monday

Chinese stocks closed higher on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.32 percent, or 6.5 points, to finish at 2,033.19.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed at 8,310.94, up 1.33 percent, or 109.41 points.
