Four people were killed and another four were injured in a car crash in east China's Jining City, Shandong Province Thursday, local authorities said.
The accident took place at 8:56 a.m. in Gaoxin District of the city, when a taxi ran a red light and smashed into a car. The crash triggered a fire.
Two people died at the scene while another two died after emergency treatment failed.
The injured were taken to hospital.
