Explosion hits chemical plant in NE China

An explosion ripped through a chemical plant in northeast China's Liaoning Province on Tuesday afternoon, local authorities said.

Fire fighters have arrived at the plant in the city of Liaoyang to put out the explosion-triggered fire.
