5.4-magnitude quake jolts South China Sea: CENC

A 5.4-magnitude earthquake hit the South China Sea at 11:29 a.m. Friday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 20.4 degrees north latitude and 120.1 degrees east longitude, and the focus of the quake was 6 kilometers deep.
