Man sues Big Yao for deceptive advertising

A court in Beijing has accepted a case in which a local resident sued BY-HEALTH, a Guangdong-based company producing dietary supplements, and its spokesman Yao Ming, former NBA star, for deceptive advertising, China Youth Daily reported Wednesday.
