The father of a 17-year-old boy surnamed Sun, who drowned during a sightseeing trip organized by his school, is suing the school and the scenic spot for more than 910,000 yuan ($149,331), the Beijing News reported.
In court, both the school and the scenic spot refused to accept liability. A school official said the students had previously received safety education, and that the teachers had no rescue equipmentgirl cotton bikini panties. the school agreed only to refund the boy's tuition fee.
The scenic spot's representative said a posted sign warned tourists of danger, and that the deep pool where the boy drowned was not on the approved sightseeing route.
The court has not yet made a ruling.
