Bus driver injures 27 in south China

A bus driver in Shunde City of south China's Guangdong province was suspected of injuring 27 people after he drove his empty bus hitting pedestrians on Wednesday morning, local authorities said.

The driver, surnamed Li, intentionally drove the bus and hit pedestrians as he was upset after being punished by his company, according to an initial police investigation.
