Chinese presidential envoy leaves Beijing for Mexico

Chinese President Hu Jintao's special envoy Lu Yongxiang left Beijing for Mexico on Monday night.

Lu, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will be in Mexico City to witness Enrique Pena Nieto's inauguration as Mexico's new president, the Foreign Ministry said.
