Clothes meet standards

Although the quality of 85.5 percent of locally sold fall and winter clothes met industry standards this year, the pass rate was 2.5 percent lower than the Shanghai City's average, local authorities said Tuesday.

Among the 207 batches of clothing tested, woolen sweaters received the lowest passing rate at 78.1 percent, the report said.
